Ready to join me in my Journey?
When people first see me it’s easy to notice that I’m a bit chubby. Ok, that I’m morbidly obese! That’s the first thing I used to notice. But lately, that toxic opinion of myself changed through working on my mental and emotional health. I’ve successfully “lost weight” from my body before, but until now didn’t work through my emotional flab, so it always came back. Now that my head and my heart agree that I’m worthy enough to love myself for who I am, I’m ready to get my physical health back.
This is my journey. Will you join me?
